Delicious Dining Options

The dining experience at the Southern Star restaurant was really good. The variety of dishes available during our stay was impressive, and the chefs were eager to cater to our special requests. One morning, I mentioned to the chefs that I hadn't had French toast in ages, and they thoughtfully prepared it for us the very next day! Each meal was beautifully presented, and I found it hard to resist the dessert bar filled with mouthwatering treats.

Spacious Water Bungalow

Our water bungalow was nothing short of luxurious! It was spacious and well-equipped with a massive bed, air conditioning, and a TV with numerous channels. What I loved most was the private access to the sea, allowing us to snorkel right from our room. Waking up to the stunning sunrise views made every morning feel special. The attention to detail in the room’s décor and cleanliness made our stay remarkably comfortable.

Exciting Water Sports

The water sports facilities offered a fantastic range of activities. I was thrilled with the snorkeling safari, where I saw an array of marine life, including turtles and manta rays. The knowledgeable guides ensured we had an lovely experience. There were also options for jet skiing and windsurfing. I loved that they provided a map to navigate the best snorkeling spots around the island upon arrival.

Our stay at Maldives-Sun Island Resort & Spa was an incredible experience, highlighted by the amazing Big Game Adventure led by Iyash. The property itself is beautifully landscaped with great cottages, but be prepared for a lot of transfers from Male. While the food was generally good, the timings were a bit restrictive, and the all-inclusive package was misleading. Overall, it's a lovely place for relaxation if you can navigate the challenges.

Our stay at the resort was a dream come true! The location was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views and pristine beaches. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, providing the perfect retreat. While most of the staff were friendly and attentive, we did encounter a few mixed experiences with the service. Overall, the food was delightful, but we felt a little more variety, especially for children's meals, would have been great. We truly enjoyed our time here!
